This is the membership fee for using Kotch Library. Payment is for the first time only. Under Dutch domestic law, this library is registered with an organization that has been fully entrusted with the management of copyrights and lending rights by the government (the first Japanese language library). It will be used for payment of royalties, repair costs, book purchase costs, website maintenance costs, customer management costs, etc.
*Book rental period is 4 weeks. Please pick up the item within 5 days after placing the order. Rental days are calculated from the date of receipt.
